Terms and Conditions of JSC Store
1. General Provisions
- A contract is concluded by accepting these terms and conditions or by negotiating individual terms before placing an order.
- The store is operated by Wydawnictwo JSC Bartosz Czołczyński, ul. Gorczycowa 1c lok.8, 81-591 Gdynia, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 5842479170, REGON 192825131.
- Prices are listed in PLN and EUR, include VAT, but do not cover shipping costs.
2. Placing Orders
- Orders can be placed 24/7.
- Order process: add a product to the cart → choose delivery & payment method → enter details → click “Buy”.
- Payment methods:
- PayPal
- PayU
- Credit/Debit Card
- Orders are processed after payment is received.
- Order processing time: up to 2 business days.
3. Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The product must be returned at the consumer’s expense within 14 days of withdrawal.
- A refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases listed in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act (e.g., custom-made products, opened audio/video recordings).
4. Complaints and Warranty
- Products are covered by statutory warranty (under the Polish Civil Code).
- Complaints must be submitted via email or postal mail.
- The store will process complaints within 14 days.
5. Personal Data Protection
- The store processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.
- Customers have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their data.
6. Final Provisions
- Polish law applies to any matters not regulated in these terms.
- Disputes will be settled by the competent Polish court.
