I. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy defines how the personal data of Users necessary for the provision of services via electronic means through the website https://jsc.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is collected, processed, and stored.

The Service collects only the personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered within it.

Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR"), as well as the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.

III. Purpose of Data Collection

Personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Registration of an account and verification of the User's identity,

• Enabling login to the Service,

• Execution of contracts for services and e-services,

• Communication with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.),

• Sending newsletters (upon User's consent),

• Managing the comment system,

• Providing community services,

• Promotion of the Controller's offers,

• Marketing, remarketing, affiliation,

• Personalization of the Service for Users,

• Analytical and statistical purposes,

• Debt collection,

• Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude a contract or use certain functionalities of the Service.

IV. Types of Processed Personal Data

The Controller may process the following User personal data: full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and tax identification number (NIP).

V. Data Retention Period

Users' personal data will be processed:

• When the processing is based on contract performance – until the expiration of claims following its completion,

• When the processing is based on consent – until its withdrawal, and after withdrawal, until the expiration of claims.

In both cases, the limitation period is six years, and for claims concerning periodic benefits and business operations, it is three years (unless a specific regulation states otherwise).

VI. Sharing of Personal Data

Users' personal data may be shared with entities affiliated with the Controller, its subcontractors, and entities cooperating with the Controller, such as companies providing e-payment services, courier/postal services, and legal services.

Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. Users' Rights

A User of the Service has the right to:

• Access their personal data,

• Rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of their data,

• Data portability,

• Object to data processing,

• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

The Controller will fulfill or refuse the request promptly, but no later than one month from the date of receipt.

A User has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that data processing violates their rights and freedoms under GDPR.

VIII. Cookies

The Service collects information using cookies – session cookies, persistent cookies, and third-party cookies.

Collecting cookies supports the proper provision of services within the Service and serves statistical purposes.

Users can define the scope of cookie access to their devices via browser settings.

IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

Users' data will not be processed in an automated manner that would result in any decisions being made about them.

Users' data may be subject to profiling for content adjustment and offer personalization, provided they have given their consent.

X. Final Provisions

The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, provided that Users' rights will not be restricted.

Information about changes will be available in the form of a notification within the Service.

In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
