- Why will I need to re-register?

In January 2021 we set up our new webshop to enable us to deliver an enhanced shopping experience for our customers in the future. We value your privacy, so customers’ personal details were not transferred to the new site and all customers are therefore asked to create a new account the first time they visit the website after the change. Sign up to the newsletter and get 20% discount welcome coupon. How to get the welcome coupon? After signing up to the newsletter, go to your email box, (you might have to check your spam box as well) and open the email you just got from JSC. There is a coupon code in it. Copy the code and paste it at the checkout when paying for your shopping. Remember that by signing up to Newsletter, you will always get the welcome coupon, no matter how much ... or how little you spend at JSC. This is our little thank you gift.

- Do I have to register to use your webshop?

No, you don’t have to register to shop in the JSC webshop.

- Why do I need to provide my mobile telephone number when I register?

Providing your mobile number enables us to send you tracking information and updates on your order.

- When will I receive information about my purchase?

Immediately after we start preparing your shipment, you will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed. Then you will receive a second email saying “your order has been shipped” and stating the tracking number. If you’re expecting an email from us and you haven’t received it, check the spam folder. If you still do not get an email from JSC, please contact us.

- Missing, incomplete or damaged orders – Poland

Missing orders – if you have not received the parcel within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us; we will take appropriate steps to find out what is happening. Please take into account that often during the Christmas and New Year period, delivery might take longer than usual.

Incomplete shipment – incomplete orders happen sometimes, although it happens very rarely. If the product you ordered was out of stock for any particular reason, we will contact you via email. If it was our omission, please let us know. In either case, you will receive the missing products soon with no shipping charges, or we will send you them with the next shipment, depending on what we agree with you.

Damaged shipment – we consider each case individually.

- Do you plan to reprint your old models?

Over time, older JSC hand-drawn models are going to be computer-drawn. They will also be updated to our current, higher standards. We plan to do this for every model in our archive, so that, eventually, all models will be available.
